PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The Powersoft Power Control Hub is designed to meet the most stringent requirements of professional users in concert touring, sound reinforcement and professional fixed installations. Designed by Powersoft R&D team the Power Control Hub is exclusively built in Italy with internal components selected for premium quality and proven durability. Each modular subassembly is pre-tested, and the assembled Power Control Hub receives a final check-out on precision test equipment for total quality control. The Power Control Hub incorporates an universal power supply able to provide users with worldwide AC
acceptance. The Power Control Hub can provide RS485 distribution up to 16 D, Q, K QTU and i Series amplifiers, if remote switch on/off is required the Power Control Hub can power up to 16 D, Q, QTU and up to 8 K and i Series amplifiers. Several Power Control Hub can be daisy chained for distribution of up to 99 Powersoft amplifiers.

POWER CONTROL HUB FEATURES

• Universal power supply for use on the 95-250V AC range.
• Front panel Euro (Phoenix) type 3 pole connector for RS485 input.
• Two front panel RJ45 connectors for daisy chain of several Power Control Hubs.
• Front panel switch for RS485 chain termination.
• Two banks of 8 RJ45 connectors each for RS485 distribution to amplifiers.
• Front panel red led for power monitoring
• Front panel green led for RS485 signal presence monitoring.
• Green led on each of the 16 RJ45 outputs for system status (lighted when an amplifier is connected in power off status).
• Red led on each of the 16 RJ45 outputs for overload error (lighted when is detected a short circuit on the cable to the amplifier).
• Detachable AC mains cable with IEC 16A socket
