Product description

The K‑Tek KEG150 is a 5‑section Avalon Graphite boompole with a collapsed length of 3′2″ (97 cm) and an extended length of 12′5″ (378 cm). Weighing only 1.3 lbs (602 g), it offers an excellent balance of reach, strength and low weight. The pole is uncabled and features a 3/8″‑16 male thread at the top and a Delrin base at the bottom.

The KEG150 uses Avalon knurled collars paired with K‑Tek’s industry‑trusted locking mechanisms, making the pole quick to deploy, smooth to extend and easy to handle in the field. Built from high‑density graphite—the same material used in the Klassic line—the Avalon series focuses on delivering maximum strength with minimum weight.

While less modular than the Klassic range, the Avalon Graphite poles remain a practical and reliable choice for professional sound mixers. Each model is built from premium materials, and the Delrin base is fixed securely to the bottom of the pole for long‑term durability.
