The t.c. electronic Vintage Bass Distortion Pedal is a two-stage bass pedal that offers enhanced sustain in Normal mode, and adds a warm, crunchy distortion in Boost mode. Both the level of distortion and the mix between distorted and original signals are adjustable.
The output differential between Normal and Boost modes has been equalized, so you can engage the Boost mid-song without worrying about output levels suddenly drowning out the band.
Housed in a ruggedly built steel enclosure with heavy-duty hardware, the Vintage Bass Distortion Pedal adds anything from extended sustain to rumbling distortion to your bass tone.
Normal Mode Sustain
In Normal Mode, this pedal acts primarily as a sustain pedal and bottom-end enricher.
Boost Mode Distortion
Press the Boost pedal, and a variable amount of growling, humming, bass distortion is added.
Level-Balanced
You can switch between modes without fear, because the levels are equalized, meaning no blown speakers (or eardrums) due to introducing the distortion in the middle of a performance.
