APPLICATIONS
The MCE 55 has been designed for unobtrusive miking of
speech and vocals. Therefore, it is suitable for film, TV and
theatre applications. Its omnidirectional polar pattern
reduces popping and its construction eliminates handling
noise.
The microphone attaches via a microphone clip to clothing.
Due to its small size, it can easily be concealed in the hair
or in makeup for theatre applications.
In addition to the use with amplifiers and recorders, this
microphone is well suited for the connection to beyer-
dynamic’s wireless systems.
