The K‑Tek KPCCR is a bottom module for Mighty Boom boompoles, providing a male 3‑pin XLR side exit and a removable rubber bumper. It is designed for use with K‑Tek’s internal coiled cable kits (KPCK9, KPCK12, KPCK16, KPCK20, etc.), which feature a TA3F connector that plugs directly into the module. Once the cable is fed through the top of the boompole and connected, the KPCCR simply screws onto the threaded sleeve at the base—no soldering required. Made in the USA.

Detailed Description

The KPCCR module is a 3″ machined‑aluminum component with black anodizing and an integrated male 3‑pin XLR side exit. It attaches securely to any K‑Tek Mighty Boom pole, providing a clean, professional cable exit point and improving workflow efficiency in the field.

Weighing 8.7 oz (248 g), the module also adds a small amount of counterweight at the base of the pole, helping to improve balance and reduce operator fatigue during long takes. The top sleeve and collar are engineered to fit all current Mighty Boom models.

This module is intended exclusively for Mighty Boom boompoles and is not compatible with Avalon or Airo poles.
