Product Description

The DVDO‑DAConv‑2 is a compact digital‑to‑analog audio converter designed for both residential and commercial AV environments. It converts TOSLINK (optical) or coaxial digital audio signals into high‑quality stereo analog audio, making it easy to connect modern TVs, media players, gaming consoles and other digital sources to amplifiers, powered speakers, headphones or legacy audio equipment.

Supporting digital audio resolutions up to 24‑bit / 192 kHz, the converter provides simultaneous RCA (L/R) and 3.5 mm stereo analog outputs. When using a TOSLINK input, it also offers a coaxial digital output for extending or distributing the optical audio signal to an additional device. Powered via USB‑C, the DAConv‑2 delivers plug‑and‑play operation suitable for home theater, conference rooms, hospitality, education, retail and digital signage applications.

Provides one 3.5 mm stereo output and two RCA (L/R) outputs. Output format is PCM 2.0. Frequency response is 20 Hz – 20 kHz (±3 dB). THD+N is below 0.05% at 1 kHz. SNR exceeds 80 dB. Crosstalk is below –80 dB at 10 kHz.

Digital Output

Coaxial digital output available when using TOSLINK input. Supports LPCM 2.0, Dolby Digital 2.0/5.1, DTS 2.0/5.1 and DTS‑ES Matrix 6.1. Frequency response is 20 Hz – 20 kHz (±3 dB).
